BURBERRY ZIP-UP HOODIE

There’s something luxurious & comforting about this hoodie. I can’t get over the simplicity yet show-offy way the checkered signature print tells you “I’m at that stage in life where I’m comfortable.”

I linked the latest version of this hoodie that I own. I got mine in 2021. 

CHANEL LIP BALM IN INTENSE 

What I love about it?  The way it gives a subtle hint of colour and keeps my lips super soft and smooth.

The winter season can be unforgiving to my lips. But this one is a life and time saver. I feel super pampered when I pull it out of my pocket or my bag and swipe it on Chanel style. 

LOUIS VUITTON ARSTY MM BAG

One thing I love about this bag is how iconic it is. A roomy bag to fit all of my stuff. I love the handle stitching and how mine is getting that honey patina that’s a very LV signature. Anyway, I can’t seem to justify getting another one from this brand. It’s all about “investment” but when you go to those preloved luxury stores online, they barely can sell any. All I’m saying is invest in one or two that you will use all the time - free of guilt for spending 2 arms and 2 legs on a handbag.

ESTEE LAUDER REVITALIZING SUPREME 

MOISTURIZER 

In my early 30’s I discovered this brand. It’s been around for years but since I was not familiar with online stores, I usually go to department stores and just look. I just pass by the brand’s counter and go straight to another one. I tried different brand samples. Nothing special. Especially back then $30 was expensive to me. Some time in that decade, had to back to my home country where it’s plus 30 degrees everyday. Sometimes +35c. When I came back here, it was -30c. So imagine the shock my skin went through. I tried moisturizing with the brand I was using but my skin just won’t take it in. I did some research -finally on the internet and Estée Lauder kept coming up. I went to the EL counter at Holt’s Renfrew and a nice lady just felt so sorry for me, she started working on my skin. She used the Swiss Performing Extract mixed with the Advanced Night Repair. I was hooked for life. 

As we grow older, in my experience, don’t fool yourself and think you don’t need to upgrade. We all do. I still use the SPE on warmer days, but I’ve recently switched to the Revitalizing Supreme with the Advanced Night Repair and I can feel my skin thanking me everyday. 

ARITZIA SUPER PUFF JACKET

There are puffer jackets and then there are stylish and warm puffer jackets. The latter is this Aritzia Super Puff that I’m crazy about. Warm and cozy. I feel super stylish in it. That’s it.
